Herb Fillmore was taught at the Chouinard Institute of Art where he graduated at the Head of His Class. He began his career as a Technical Illustrator in a distinguished position at Lockheed, where he became very educated in drawing scaled and detailed figures. He became highly accknowledged after finishing some significent works and his works are collected throughtout the world.
